…clears gratuities, exams fees, others
The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule on Thursday, distributed Electric Tricycles and Vehicles to the youths, civil servants , women groups and people living with disability as part of the administration’s empowerment scheme.
3rd Class Traditional Rulers in the State also got Vehicles to assist them in attending to issues of rural areas’ security among other responsibilities.
Other empowerment initiatives announced at the event included 100 percent payment of 2012 gratuities to state workers and contributions of over N500 million for the payments of 2012 LG workers gratuities; payment of 2025 NECO fees to all eligible students in the state, payments of scholarship allowances to the students of the state.
