Breaking! Aftermath of Nepal revolution, Sushila emerges Prime Minister
Sushila Karki has been sworn-in as the first Female Prime Minister of Nepal at Shital Niwas in Kathmandu. She was also the first female Chief Justice of Nepal. Her emergence came during first Cabinet meeting to dissolve the Nepal Parliament.
She was chosen by the Gen Z’s following a revolution that forced the former Prime Minister and his cabinet out of power. Students largely made this happen.
The new Prime Minister is known for her strong stance against corruption and her devotion to the rule of law. She also joined the protests.
