Leader of Opposition Coalition in Akwa Ibom State and 2023 governorship candidate of the Labour Party; Obong (Dr) Uduakobong Udoh has described as saddening and painful the death of former Kaduna State governor, His Excellency, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai’s mother; Hajiya Umma El-Rufai.
Dr. Udoh who stated this in a message of commiserations to Mallam El-Rufai and family said he shared in their pains at this difficult time.
“Sir, I am truly saddened by this loss. The passing of a mother is a profound moment of grief, one that words can scarcely comfort. I pray that Almighty Allah grants her eternal rest and grants you and your entire family the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss”, Uduak Udoh said in a message made available to newsmen in Uyo.
He continued “As someone who holds you in high regard and believes in your leadership and political vision, I share in your pain at this difficult time. May the legacy of kindness, values, and strength she instilled in you continue to live on and inspire many.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. Be assured of my unwavering support especially at this trying time”.
