2027: You need prayers, spiritual alignment to win – Prophet Ituen warns Kalu

The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District at the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, His Excellency, Sen Orji Uzor Kalu has been advised to pray fervently and seek spiritual alignment without which he might not win his 2027 reelection bid.
Founder and Spiritual Leader of Christ Deliverance Ministries, CDM, Lagos, His Grace, Prophet Ekong Ituen who issued the advice as part of his prophetic declaration recently, also revealed that he saw in his revelation what he described as conspiracy and grassroots political gangup by constituents against him.
“Senator Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia State, needs fervent prayers and spiritual alignment to win 2027 Senatorial Election. In my revelation, I saw conspiracy and grassroots political gang-up by his constituents against him”.
While urging the former Abia State governor to play down on his reliance on popularity, Prophet Ituen continued: “He will soon realize that he trusted many in error. I urge him not to rely on his popularity”.
Prophet Ituen in the statement also recalled how Orji Kalu who was in detention on graft-related offenses, was released after his prophecy and Spiritual intervention.
“Senator Orji Uzor Kalu would be freed from prison by Supreme Court, despite his conviction”, Prophet Ekong Ituen, had declared in statement which was widely published in the newspapers including at page 31 of the Daily Times – 30/12/2019, Telegraph – 4/1/2020 at Page 24 and at page 37 of Vanguard newspaper, 5/1/2020.
“Prompt intervention with much prayers and spiritual assignment by Prophet Ituen, The Supreme Court of Nigeria annulled the trial, conviction and 12-year sentence on May 8, 2020, leading to Senator Kalu’s release from prison as predicted”, Prophet Ituen noted in the statement.
Sen Orji Kalu was governor of Abia State from 29th May, 1999 to 29th May, 2007. He was one of the “Class of ’99” governors.
He emerged as Senator in 2019 for Abia North, and re-elected in 2023. Sen Orji was Senate Majority Whip from 2019–2023, and now chairs the Senate Committee on Privatisation in the 10th Senate.
Records show that Chief Orji Kalu started his political career with the People’s Democratic Party, PDP. Thereafter, he moved to PPA where he was presidential candidate in 2007, and now in the All Progressives Congress APC.
