Breaking! Finally, Akwa Ibom Gov, Umo Eno defects to APC
The Executive governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, Ph.D has officially defected from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The event which is ongoing, is held at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Uyo, the State Capital.
At the event are the President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria , His Excellency, Distinguished Sen. Godswill Obot Akpabio, GCON, who is represented by his wife, Her Excellency, Mrs Ekaette Unoma Akpabio, Ph.D.
Also present are members of the Progressives Governors’ Forum (APC Governors) led by the governor of Imo state, His Excellency, Chief Hope Uzodinma.
Others are State Chairmen of the APC.
