Let it be clearly stated: Rt. Hon. Engr. Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama remains fully and firmly in the race.
He has duly completed all constitutional and legal requirements necessary to transition from his previous Executive role back into active partisan politics ahead of the 2027 elections.
What the public is witnessing is political panic—an attempt by a troubled camp to substitute preparation with propaganda, rather than engage meaningfully with delegates and the democratic process.
History is clear: propaganda neither wins primaries nor guarantees electoral victory. Performance, credibility, experience, and grassroots connection do.
