Breaking! Ex-Kaduna gov, El-Rufai’s detention extended again
The immediate-past governor of Kaduna State; His Excellency Mallam Nasir El-Rufai would have to be in detention till June this year during which the court would continue hearing on his bail application.
This is just as Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court today adjourned for further hearing on his bail application to the first week of June, 2026.
El-Rufai is being arraigned on multiple charges bordering on alleged financial crime and abuse of office by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
