In case you don’t know the man, he is the founder; Las Vegas Pain Institute, USA. A triple Professor, The Lion of Africa.
This man has more than 6 hospitals in America and many other investments there in the United States.
Dr Godwin Maduka came back to Nigeria after 20 years of studying Abroad and decided to change the face of his Home town, Nkerehi. So, he started by building schools both Primary and Secondary schools, Churches both Catholic and Anglican with both their residences; constructed more than 22km of roads, built over 130 buildings for both the widows and less privileged persons in his community.
Then in 2007, FR Njoku came for crusade sponsored by Lagos branch and made a declaration of change by given an advice that changed the life of all the sons and daughters of Nkerehi (then) from good to the best.
The town name then was Nkerehi (God’s own town) and Fr Njoku advised that Nkerehi was an ancestral name with no meaning, that if they need more change they should embrace God by answering the name (Umuchukwu) based on the (God’s own town)…
The people of Nkerehi then had a NPU (Nkerehi Progressives Union) meeting and decided to change the name with the approval from Igwe and his councils and which masses where very happy and gave their full support for the change of name from Nkerehi to Umuchukwu.

That was his offence till date. Though regardless of the people calling him bad names, he further more built a High court, Magistrate Court, Judges quarters, Police station for security, police barracks, filling station, Umuchukwu Microfinance Bank, Towns Halls, gave scholarships to more that 100 sons and daughters of Umuchukwu.
He also gave out more that 30 commercial vehicles to empower his people; dolled out gifts of cash worth millions to empower his people too. Built a 5-storey Hospital building; well equipped, 17-storey sky scrapper for University (Trans Atlantic University in Umuchukwu) which even gave out more than 500 plots of land, including his residential buildings just for Town to be the best, etc.
Dr Godwin Maduka is not into Government, this is his hard earned money he uses to do all this things that I listed here
