Breaking! Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno sacks Aides
Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, Ph.D, has relieved two of his Aides of their appointments.
The sacked Aides are Mr. Joseph Jacob Ikpak and Mr. Felix Ekuri.
The disengagement was disclosed in a press release signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Prince Enobong Uwah, takes immediate effect.
The statement reads: “As part of the ongoing restructuring exercise of this Administration, to align with the machinery of Government towards the success of the Renewed Hope and the ARISE Agenda, His Excellency, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, Ph.D, has approved the disengagement of the following Aides from office.
They are: Mr. Joseph Jacob Ikpak, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor (Support Services).
Mr. Felix Ekuri, Special Assistant to the Governor (Neighborhood Watch).
This disengagement takes immediate effect”.
