Meanwhile, Obong Uduakobong Udoh has called on those he described as ‘mis-governed’ Akwa Ibomites to seize the opportunity and get their names enlisted amongst ‘freedom seekers’, by joining the ADC coalition in the state.
Speaking to newsmen yesterday at the Coalition office on the sidelines of the preparation towards the upcoming unveiling, Obong Udoh noted that the ADC had provided a credible alternative for the emancipation of the downtrodden.
“The D-Day is here. A day set aside for the formal unveiling of Opposition Coalition in Akwa Ibom State. There’s no point sitting down to complain any longer. This is the time to act by joining the league of freedom seekers in the state.
Akwa Ibom people do not have any reason to suffer, having been blessed with abundant resources. The suffering is due to mis-governance. But thank God the solution is here through the ADC Coalition. It is a credible alternative for the mis-governed people.
Therefore, I want to call on all Akwa Ibomites to come out en masse to welcome our Distinguished National Coalition leaders on Saturday and also get their names enlisted amongst those wishing to free the state from the snare of bad governance”, Uduakobong noted.
