The Federal College of Education (FCE), Ididep, Ibiono, Akwa Ibom State, has officially announced the closure of admissions for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This was contained in a Press Statement signed by the registrar of the institution.
Parts of the statement read “The College, which was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in 2023 to promote the training of qualified teachers for the foundation and basic education sector, is now encouraging prospective students to prepare for the 2025/2026 intake”.
The school also announced invitation from applicants who did not choose FCE as their first choice to apply, but must visit JAMB for necessary procedures.
“The College reiterates that candidates who did not choose FCE Ididep as their first choice but scored a minimum of 100 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are still eligible to apply
However, they must visit the JAMB Central Admissions and Processing System (CAPS) portal to change their first-choice institution to Federal College of Education Ididep, Ibiono, Akwa Ibom State”.
