Viewers Discretion: Just-In! Vandal dies while attempting to steal transformer’s cable
A suspected vandal has lost his life after being electrocuted at the Wilcox Relief transformer located in Ogbor Hill, Aba, the Abia State commercial city.
Reports indicate that the yet-to-be identified individual was allegedly tampering with components of the power system when the electricity supply was suddenly restored, resulting in a fatal electrocution.
Electricity Distribution Company in Abia state and the police have yet to issue statements on this incident.
There have been series of reports in recent time of deaths of alleged vandals while attempting to steal from electric power transformers across major communities in Nigeria.
