President Bola Tinubu has communicated the Senate seeking confirmation of appointees for the South West, North Central and South South Development Commissions.
Listed as appointees are nineteen persons for the North Central Development Commission, with Cosmas Akiyir as Chairman and Cyril Yeltsin as Managing Director.
The South West Development Commission has eighteen appointees listing Senator Olubunmi Adetunbi and Dr. Charles Akinola as Chairman and Managing Director, in that order, While the South South Development Commission has as appointed eighteen persons with Chibudom Nwuche as Chairman and Usoro Offiong Akpabio as Managing Director.
The nominees will be screened by respective committees before confirmation.
