Three (3) members of the House of Representatives have defected from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The three National Assembly Members who are from Kaduna State defected today on the floor of the green chambers.
They are Aliyu Mustapha Abdullahi representing Ikara/Kubau Federal Constituency, Abdulkarim Hussaini Ahmed representing Kaduna South Federal Constituency and Sadiq Ango Abdullahi, representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency.
The national legislators in their separate resignation letters submitted to the leadership of the House, cited various reasons consensus of is the crisis in their former party, the PDP.
The former ruling party has continued to lose its prominent members to the APC including governors, state and national assembly members and chieftains.
