President of Nigeria, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has been advised to seek divine intervention and God’s guidance to enable him identify enemies of his government and Nigeria with a view to getting rid of them.
Founder and Spiritual Leader of Christ Deliverance Ministries (CDM), Lagos, Prophet Ekong Ituen, who dropped the admonition in a statement dated December 8, 2025, however acknowledged President Tinubu’s determination to fight terrorism but decried what he termed as “alleged infiltration of insurgent sympathizers”.
“President Tinubu is determined to fight terrorism, but the alleged infiltration of insurgent sympathisers in his government makes it counter productive”, the spiritual leader stated.
The fierce cleric further noted that the country needed divine intervention to compliment the physical combat by security forces as according to him, “Boko Haram is an ideology with an agenda”.
He continued “Tinubu will soon realize that he trusted many in error, as only divine intervention and God’s guidance can reveal these enemies of his government around him. They must be shown the way out immediately.
The truth is that we need divine intervention to complement the physical combat because Boko haram is an ideology with agenda.They will never back down, no amount of inducement, appeasement or negotiation will deter them”.
Prophet Ekong Ituen is one of Nigeria’s spiritual leaders famous for his many prophetic declarations which became fulfilled.
