The Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District at the upper Chamber of the National Assembly, Sen Saliu Mustapha, has fixed Tuesday, September 16, 2025 for the formal launch of a One Hundred Million Naira (N100,000,000.00) empowerment programme for the people of his Senatorial District.
Sen Mustapha while making the announcement via a press release said the ‘Turaki Cash Scheme’ which is in partnership with SMEDAN was aimed at supporting hardworking residents of Kwara Central Senatorial District.
He said “I am delighted to announce the launch of the T-Cash Scheme (Turaki Cash), a ₦100 million empowerment programme designed to support hundreds of hardworking residents across Kwara Central Senatorial District.
This initiative, implemented in partnership with SMEDAN, is aimed at boosting small-scale enterprises, artisans, and other income-generating ventures within our senatorial district”.
While also noting that the scheme aligned with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, Sen Mustapha reiterated his commitment to serving his people with dedication.
“The T-Cash Scheme reflects my firm commitment to human capital development and aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda by promoting poverty reduction, inclusive growth, and economic empowerment for women and youth.
As always, I remain committed to serving with dedication and ensuring meaningful impact across my constituency. Together, we will continue to build a stronger, inclusive, and more prosperous Kwara Central”.
